my wampserver doesn't install

Pleeasse help! my wamp server does not work! I have uninstalled and reinstalled it serverally but to no avail! I installed the same wampserver on other systems and it works fine. Same installation procedures!
What can i do to my system to make the wampserver function?
What do i need to turn on or off?

u told us nothing about y it doesnt work...

does it install?
what colour is the wamp icon?
are u an admin user?
