WampServer

Hi, I just downloaded the latest edition of Wampserver in order to use it in conjunction with Joomla for a job I recently was hired for. The download went fine, but when I try to run Wampserver I get an error message that says "This application has failed to start because ntwdblib.dll was not found." The message is headed with "php-win.exe - Unable To Locate Component." The message goes on to say re-installing may fix the problem, but I tried and it didn't. I can't use Joomla until I can get this figured out, does anyone have any suggestions? I am a fairly novice computer user as far as technical terms go, so if you could dumb it down a little for me I would appreciate it!

try reinstalling. by first uninstalling, deleting the full wamp folder, and then downloading again and resintalling

using the same installer is only going to keep then same errors

I deleted everything and tried to re-install it and I am still getting the same error message. Is there anything else I can try?
