pointing a website to my page

Hi All

can someone please help me on hew to point a website to my index.php that would be located in wamp/www/website?

I am new to this and do not know what steps to take.
Any guidance will be much appreciated.

I think i am doing seomthign wrong, as i just cannot get this working.
