How to start Wamp Server as a normal user

I've installed WampServer on a Vista machine as an administrator.
The intention is to be used as a teaching tool by normal users without administrative privileges.
The problem is that the server cannot be started by a normal user (the icon stays red).
I've given users complete control on C:\wamp.
I've tried many other things but nothing worked!

What would be a solution to this problem?

Well you need to be an admin to use it

but u can goto start> run> services.msc

goto

wampmysql

right click each> properties> log on (tab) and fil in an admin user and password so the services can start
