two websites only showing one page

Hello. I have went through all of these guides. I have reinstalled wamp with a clean install. I have even tried apache php and mysql buy themselves. I keep getting the same results trying to host three sites with one IP address.
I installed wamp on a windows 2008 server 32bit that is hosting DNS for two domains I have forwarded the ports to 80 and 81 one for each domain. I have tried it with just *80 and I still can not get the sites to work right. I have looked at apaches site and still can not get these sites running. when I run a single site by itself it works fines. when I tr to run the three all I get is the single site.
What could be the problem?
Each domain has a different ip address. 192.168.x.x.

how can each domain have a different ip?!
your hosting them all from one pc with wamp right?
