How to Make WAMP my local host!

Hi Everyone!
I have decided to work with Joomla to develop website and as such I wanted to create a local server. I downloaded and installed WAMP. When I click on local host or typed "localhost" in the firefox browser, instead of getting WAMP as my local host, i get IIS7.
Any ideas or guideance how I can make WAMP my local host.

Hi Everybody!
I found the culprit. IIS7 is using the port 80. Any idea or suggestion from anyone how to disable IIS7 and enable WAMP to use port 80. My wamp server is white and red at the moment.

If you don't have it sorted yet, see my post under Possible to switch port. This tells how to chnage the port in IIS.

start>control panel> add/remove programs> add/remove microsoft components

unick IIS (Information Internet Services)
