path to run mysql monitor

Hello, I am trying to get to the mysql monitor from the run line on a windows machine. I have the follow path which appears when I launch this from the WAMPSERVER program but does not work from the run line under start menu.
c:\wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.1.36\bin\mysql.exe
how do I access the mysql monitor using the run line under the start menu?

By run line do you Start > Run > then you type mysql.exe and clicking Go?
You may need to add
The Alternative way for getting to the MySQL Console is to left click the wamp tray icon and choosing MySQL > MySQL Console
Or just create a shortcut on your desktop.
You may need to add
c:\wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.1.36\bin\To your PATH Environment Variable.
