Which folders do I need to add to version control the mysql database in wamp?

Is it sufficient to add the mysql folder?

Cheers

not really. there is no great way of doing it.

best is to export the db as sql files using phpmyadmin export.. then using these files

you can donload apps/scripts to automatically export them at timed intervals.. some even allow you to take only the structure of the database or the structure + data.. depending on what you want.
