wamp hang up

Hi,
Attach is error file of wamp. Wamp hang up after that. Any idea?

I think I have change two lines
ServerTokens prod
ServerSignature Off
and add one line Win32DisableAcceptEx
Do you think it's cause by this error? But it looks restart once w/o problem.

What's the meaning of this error? How could I solve it? Thank you.

did you setup backup before making any change?
