error message trying to put online

Could not execute menu item(internal error) [exception] could not perform service action: the service has not been started. PLS help with this error as i cannot even get wampserver running

seem like you shut down pc while wamp still running and now it's corrupted; if so, you might have to uninstall and resinstall wamp but before doing so, check to make sure nothing conflict or block wamp

uninstalled wampserver and re-installed and still same error message
when u say something blocking it do u mean firewall and if so how do i resolve it

set permission for wamp in firewall/antivirus, check this to get idea
