Conect via ftp (wamp newie)

Hello, I'v runing Wamp in a dedicated pc in my home-net, it works fine, I can access from any pc typing the address of the machine where Wamp is runing (192.168.1.2) but I can't upload files with my Ftp client (I use Flash FXP) My questions: Why?. How must I configure Wamp to allow it?

wamp does not come w/ ftp server so you either install ftp server or ftp server script
