wampapache fails to start on Windows 7 (solved)

I'm using Windows 7 x64 Ultimate, installed WampServer, and run it without problems.
Recently I experienced some trouble starting it. I solved it thanks to some suggestions found in this forum, so I want to share my solution, in case somebody else can need it.

Lookin in the forum I found a similar problem starting MySQL (http://forum.wampserver.com/read.php?2,56929).
I say similar because in my case the wamp icon appears to be about 1/2 yellow, as in that case.
In Windows Services I see wampmysqld running, but when I start wampapache I have an error saying "Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted. : make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80"

Running netstat -aon I see a process listening on local address 0.0.0.80.
Searching the PID in task manager I found that this process is Skype.

After closing Skype, I just restarted all the services from the Wamp taskbar icon, and everything went fine.

Nice Sleuthing.

I turned off Skype and everything is back to normal.

Mine would not start at all. Indicators was red.

You can go to the Skype Options/Advanced/Connection screen and turn off use of port 80 and 443 as laternatives for incoming connections.
