everything worked b4 now it just stopd working

yo. not to long ago i temp shut down my computer which wamp was running on cuz i was going on vacation. when i came back i was went on my computer. a moment later my net dissappeared. several hour later it returned. when i then started wamp again the icon was 2/3 full and it was yellow. now no1 can go to my website. ive done everything thats possible to do. followed lots of guides n stuff but nothing works. im running a private server so i have to get wamp up or ppl wont be able to register! D:

sound like your router does not have correct ip for port forward setting
