WampServer

Im running windows 8.1 and i recent downloaded wampserver everything opens fine besides Apache
This is whats in the error log [pastie.org]
I try to open it from services here [gyazo.com] And i get this error [gyazo.com]

Whenever i open it from the wampserver it doesnt open and i have already changed skype's port and apaches port to 81 aswell, i have tried to start in compat mode windows 7 and no changes ive restarted everything atleast twice and ive also installed the 32bit version and 64 bit version nether of them worked if someone could help me that would be amazing Thanks.

i know all the versions are uptodate cuz i just installed wampserver

Solved this myself If you downgrade to 2.4 wampserver it works fine

Not really a solution, 2.5 works fine also.

Next time look at the apache error log and/or the windows event log. If apache has issues starting it usually writes very helpful messages in there
