problem windows 7 and wampserver

Sorry if I'm wrong something in the inclusion of this topic ... but I am new to this forum
I have a problem
wampserver2 I installed in my PC but gives me a problem ...
I can not open the page [localhost]

what colour us the wamp icon beside your clock. It should be all white if there is no issues
