how to change server ip to a name?

Hello, i wondering how to change [192.168.1.2] to [myname] ?
Other word, how to change the ip to a name. It because i don't want the user/ client knows or see the ip.
For your info, i use wampserver in my office. I can't access the router or modem to configure or do a sating. The router or modem was handle by Security team. I don't want to deal with them.
Please help me guys..
