Aestan Tray Menu has stopped working

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Running Vista home, 32 bit. Downloaded and installed Wampserver 2 and get this message.
Downloaded and updated the Aestan app from their site, still doesnt work!!!

reinstall wamp...

u cannot download the astean app seperatly
