Cant connect to my web

Hello, ive got a small problem today..
Before i reinstalled my computer yesterday everything worked fine.
But after the reinstall i downloaded wampserver and got everything to work.
its online (complete white) but i cannot connect to my IP adress. just localhost.
Anyone know how i can fix this?
What ports are there to apache? 80 and 100 something
I've also checked so my LAN IP didn't change after the reinstall but its still same as before.
So anyone got a solution?

make sure u left click wamp and press "put online"
just port 80 is need in router
