UNABLE TO EXECUTE FILE : install_services.bat .... I CAN´T INSTALL IT!!

Everytime I run the installation program of all versions of wampserver2.0, at the end of the installation, the following error message appears:
"UNABLE TO EXECUTE FILE : uniinstall_services.bat
Create Process Failed, Code 2"
and
"UNABLE TO EXECUTE FILE : install_services.bat
Create Process Failed, Code 2"
.
If I click on ok... the installation goes on. But the program wont work...
what should I do?!!
