starting up problem in vista

I have install a wamp in office PC(Vista, with join domain)
but everything I click the wamp button, it will ask for the administrator id and password again.
how to ignore this checking if I am a normal user rather than sytem admin?

to run a web server, no matter this wamp or others, you have to log in as system admin w/ full privilege winking smiley
