OK-I'm a newbie so I know I must not be seeing the big picture, so here goes;

I have a site in dreamweaver (CS3) which is stored in its' very own folder in the C:\wamp\bin\apache\Apache2.2.11\htdocs folder. I've tested it and everything seems fine. I can view the webpages I have created if I double click on them when I'm in C:\wamp\bin\apache\Apache2.2.11\htdocs

...BUT...I cannot preview them in dreamweaver and when I use DW's built in ftp to put my site on hostmonster (I'm all set up there) it says that everything has transferred (ftp'd), yet it obviously hasn't. So where did it transfer to? How do I transfer a wamp site to a host?

What am I missing? What's my 'duh!' rating?

Thank you from an indebted newbie....

your 'duh!' rating is extremely high winking smiley

to setup basic websites, follow this
[blog.jlbn.net]

when done, upload whole folder to the root on your host; for example, you have folder test in folder C:/wamp/www, and inside this folder test, you have 3 webpages index.html index2.html and index3.html, then after upload folder test to your host, access it as follows 'http://your-domain.com/test' and you should see your webpage index.html winking smiley
