Joomla 1.5.14 not Fully Compatible with PHP 5.3

I'm getting errors on my Joomla installation on Localhost because of PHP 5.3.

Would, Should CAN I reinstall WAMP to run an earlier version of PHP so I can get around this problem ... OR is this even the right way to go about it ...

Not much of a Server Guy ... so would appreciate some guidance.

Download a php version from addons section : [www.wampserver.com]
You should choose php5.2.9-2 which may be compatible.
Then install it and switch version from wamp menu -> PHP -> Versions -> 5.2.9-2

If it is not compatible (possible) download a previous one and do the same.

hi!

i need switch too, but i dont have ikon on taskbar. All service running , i use [localhost] ,but i need 5.2.9 for Joomla too. Plz need help...
How can i switch my php version without wampserver menu?

left click on wamp tray icon for Main menu
