WampServer

Everytime I try to enter Localhost or PhpMyAdmin , firefox gives me this message:

Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost.


I am running Vista, I have just installed and uninstalled Wamp many times and different versions, but the problem is not fixed.

I checked appache and the error log, and I tested the port 80, and everything's seem to be working fine.

this is the error log :
