I can't connect from another PC to my SERVER on local area

Hello all,
I have 2 PC,connected with AIRTIES Modem that have 4 ETH plug (1,2 pluged with netw cable)
ON first PC WampServer installed.
I would like to use another PC to connect to MY SERVER. BUT I CANT.
I spent 2 days to solve this problem.PLEASE HELP ME :I try to write on
httpd.conf file on listen part
Listen 192.168.2.2:80 (this is my server)
Listen 192.168.2.4:80 (this is another PC that I actualy try to request my pages from first PC that server installed)
Also I wrote ON SECOND PC hosts file : 192.168.2.2 siteler
