My anti_virus interfering my wampserver

I worked on 5 sites in my local host(wamp). It really had worked properly, untill I install kaspersky. what should I do to solve this problem.
The error message when I open phpmyadmin is


Error
MySQL said:

#2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)


and the error message when I open the site that design is


Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

if you're sure it's your antivirus/firewall, then add exception for wamp in it winking smiley
