Instal ANGEL with mysql 4.0.16

Hi, I have wampserver OK in my PC,, but i need now to install an medical application .It's name is ANGEL [www.proyectoangel.net],,, the application need work with mysql 4.0.16 in c:/mysql and i can't to do nothing for both software work toghether for my project, wampserver and ANGEL, i must shut down one for work with other, please help me and thanks

you need to setup db before installing it, follow this
