WampServer

Hi, I have a question about installing Wamp. I did a search and was not able to find a solution so I thought I would post this question. Am I able to install/run Wamp from a USB key?

Yes you can install it on a usb key, BUT if you plug it into another computer, it will attrib you a drive letter.
If this is not the same as yours, then all path will be incorrect !
Since you can't be sure that any computer you use give you the right letter, I developped a patch to achieve this and many other things..

Download it, unzip all contents into wamp/apps/, read the readme file, and launch install to setup an alias.
Then, you can access the patch from 'http://localhost/settings/' (by default)
Install component MakeWampServerOnline.

It will create two batch in wamp folder. Use Launch_WampServer_en.bat to launch wamp on any computer.
It will fix all path (only if path has changed) and then start wampserver.
