Changed password on phpMyAdmin

So.... I feel pretty stupid about this, but I just added php 5.3.0 and I added a new user and granted him all the privileges, and locked everyone else's privileges. Now, when I try to access phpMyAdmin I can't do anything, and I don't know how to access it as the other user. Does this even make sense? Somebody please help, I'm locked of of phpMyAdmin!
