Apache crashes on startup

I am trying to learn how to use php finaly. but after installing WampServer i get the windows reporting screen saying apache has crashed. here is the error log.

Please help. This stuff is about to make me pull out all my hair!

make sure no other program conflict wamp such as iis, skype, zonealarm, firewall/antivirus, nod32, eset, any web related program ...

I've tried shutting everything off but it still crashes? Any other suggestions?

Maybe there is a file specified in httpd.conf (or vhosts file if used).
Check all path in those files...
