Yellow tray icon - please help

Hello,

I have browsed the last 2 weeks worth of posts to find a similar problem to mine, but so far this is unique.

Here's the lowdown:
I'm on Vista, using IE ver8.
WAMP installed successfully, but tray icon is yellow
When I test port 80, it says it is being used by Microsoft-HTTPAPI/2.0 (I don't know what this is)
I don't have Skype, IIS, and have disabled Firewall, also Antivirus not an issue
When I go to localhost or I manually type in 127.0.0.1, I get an error http 404 - Web Page not Found.
I have Microsoft Expression Development Server, but it only runs when Expression is on and uses a random port number.

Thank you in advance for any advice and assistance you can offer. I do appreciate it!

Your friend,
Maat

Thanks!

I appreciate your help, and that clears up Port 80 for me.

Kindest regards,
Maat
