during last step installition wamp server get hangs up

at the end of the installing wamp server it gets hangs up and when i run the wampserver the icon shows in tray bar but the status is offline and is not working it in green color so anyone can help me in this point

make sure no other program conflict wamp such as iis, skype, zonealarm, firewall/antivirus nod32, eset ...
