Firstly, i would thank wamp team for there amazing efforts and devotion to the project smiling smiley

I have few suggestion which i think will allow to two or more wamp installation on single operating os...

Each version to have its own service names eg: wampapache20h & wampmysqld20h and other requirement independently. So user can user use newer or older version without removing the old version while other wamp server versions are stopped/not running status.

Thanks.

sorry but thats not the issue. its easy to rename the services.

Wamp is built using the aestan tray menu( seperate package) this uses an ID number and cant have two versions using the same ID.

all previous versions of wamp are set with the same ID. Toumini is building/built an ADD ON that can allow mutiple versions.

we were dicussing all the issues a few weeks back.. and that was the biggest one- think we came up with a solution for it and well as for some minor issues.

maybe he can upadte as to where it is?
