Hello Folks,

I hope someone can help me with this.

Everything has been working fine up until, i havent changed any configuration values or anything i was just doing some development and all of a sudden whenever i try to go to phpMyAmin apache is crashing.

Im on vista and i keep a windows popup that says "Apache HTTP Server has stopped working"

Can anyone help me?

Here are some of the details from the error popup:

Application Name: Apache.exe
Application Version: 2.0.58.200
Fault Module Name: php5ts.dll
Fault Module Version: 5.2.9.9
Exception Code: c0000005

In the mean time is it possible to use command line to manage MySQL and how do i go about it?

Thanks.

What version of php are you running?

Try editing your php.ini file and search for:
extension=php_threads.dll

and change it to
;extension=php_threads.dll

Then restart and see if this helps.

im running PHP 5.2.9-2,

I searched the php.ini file for the extension and it wasnt found.

I just tried to access phpMyAdmin and today it is working.

I wonder what the problem was?
