WampServer

I've installed WampServer on my computer running XP as administrator but the localhost page says "page not found" when I try to load it either from the tray icon or typing the URL into a browser. I've already lowered the internet security settings and disabled the firewall, can anyone tell me what I'm missing or what the problm might be?

I could not see the local host file in the browser. The page shows with the error of page not found. Please let me know the solution.

@Pmaginni : You can check others things
a) Skype is running (a manip in Skype can solve the problem)
b) Another webserver is using port 80 (ex: IIS)
c) Apache service is not started (see wamp menu)
d) Try 'http://127.0.0.1/' or copy here you hosts file content (%windir%\system32\drivers\etc)
