Sure you can, just have a look at wampserver changelog : [www.wampserver.com]
Then you can download previous versions on SourceForge ("WampServer2" at the bottom) : [sourceforge.net]

version 2.0a 2.0b 2.0c 2.0d all ork flawlessly


the other versions have bugs due to php, apache. or mysql haveing bugs
