Hi

I've found an earlier topic which may fix my problem, can't try it til tomorrow, but I can't get the services to install. The PC is my office PC with Windows XP and I am a power user. There's no error messages, it all installs OK but the services don't get installed.

The first time I tried to install I saw a "you need at least power user rights" or something like that. I've been given power user rights. Do I have to have admin rights?

I think you need admin rights to create services...
If you can get admin rights to install them, then probably power user is enough to start/resume/stop a service.
To be verified...

Note that to install services, you can use wamp menu (Apache -> Install Service and Mysql -> Install Service)

You should get errors in apache error log if you try to install a service with not the good rights...
