WampServer

Ok, i have the latest version of wampserver, when i try to set my include_path it tells me that it cannot locate my file :
Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening 'forloop.inc' for inclusion (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in C:\wamp\www\gauge\includetest.php on line 7

my include_path is not include_path='.;C:\php5\pear'), i have it outside my webspace at c:\outside.

This path seems to be hardcoded into the phpinfo() file. is there a way to properly set the include in wamp? I've made changes in all three places that references 'path and directories' and still no joy.

did you restart wamp after modifying? and make sure to open config file through wamp tray icon to get the proper file

I made some more changes, restart wamp and now i have joy.
