PhpMyAdmin Problem

I changed the password of 127.0.0.1 in the PhpMyAdmin, because the software requested to assign a password to the "root" user, and this cause a problem that block the access to it. I removed wampserver and reinstalled it, but it didn't help.

How can I fix it?

you needed to set up phpmyadmin to use the password with db

This is some how got fixed.
I provably had to restart the computer to fix it because the PhpMyAdmin was installed as a Windows Service.
