Cannot install wamp in windows vista

Hey, guys I've installed wamp in on my windows vista pc but whenever I try to connect to localhost or phpmyadmin the page remains blank, can anyone help me out......

Hey dude, I've tried these IP's but "[127.0.0.1"]; is working but "[127.0.0.1]; is not working. [ht tp://myIPaddress]
