WampServer

i set up a vhost for the site dwc. it contains files in php ..no index.php/html. i can get info.php to work but when i try to load another file i can't. here's and e.g. [dwc.localhost] /functions2tableadjusted.php the preview put in the brackets and space .. i didn't in browser.
it should load a table that has been worked on that i was trying to adjust with functions.
this is the browser response:
Not Found
The requested URL /functions2tableadjusted.php was not found on this server.
what am i doing incorrectly?? thanks for any help.
