Permissions error

I am trying to run a PHP file that will create tables within a mySQL database to install a MediaWiki extension...
When I run the PHP file I get the following error: "Forbidden; You don't have permission to access /mediawiki/ on this server."
Any suggestions/fixes would be greatly appreciated!
