WampServer

I keep getting the following messages:

"Forbidden - You don't have permission to access / on this server".

or

"Forbidden - You don't have permission to access /phpinfo.php/ on this server".

or

"Forbidden - You don't have permission to access /install.php/ on this server".

I am the only user of this computer and I am the administrator. I have already tried to configure
the Notepad to run as Administrator before configuring: config.inc.php & hosts.

Help, PLEASE, someone !

if you don't have any other web server, check permission for wamp in firewalls/antivirus
