Password stopped working

My username/password stopped working today when i tried to log in on my wordpress account localy on my computer.

Is there any possible way to mak a new admin-user using the 127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin ?

I have all access on all the other parts of the wamp-server, but not my wordpress-site
