WampServer

Ok I exported a back up of my sql files. I went to import hit select all and exported it to a zip file. IN that zip file is localhost.sql. Then I uninstalled wamp and reinstalled and tried to import that file. It stops half way through with this error #1044 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost'todatabase 'information_schema'

So i am not getting my back up working. I also saved the entire wamp folder before I uninstalled if this helps at all.
