specifying apache startup options

I need to be able to specify some apache startup options, how do I achieve this? For example, on the command line I can issue httpd -Dwin -Ddev which will cause apache to load certain config options, I'd like to avoid using command line to start apache

Hi,

Create a batch file or modify install parameter in your apache/apache_version/wampserver.conf.
I'm not sure about the service but you can try...
