WampServer

Hi,Please help me i can't get rid from this error.

I installed APC for my wamp 2.4 VC9 (win xp3 32bit),the APC working perfect :

Howover, when APC enabled(And only when he enabled), i can't browse none of my projects such as Laravel 4 or Symfony2 prject.

When i go to my apache error's log i have this :

It will stuck , what to do please ? i have a headache over a week how to fix this to keep work on my projects when APC enabled..
