How to make my home server available to the internet~?

Im using WAMP server , the latest version . I've put the server online , changed the host file in c>windows>system32>drivers>etc>host

i changed it to my domain name that i registered on dyndns.com

free domains

i changed the ip address to my own


but the question is ... i can see it if i go to steven.mine.nu

but how come nobody else can access it~??? is there a way the outside world can access my stuff~?? thanks

other people cant view the content ive put into the folders ... why not~??
