Auto-start put online?

I have done a bit of research to get Wamp to run @ startup and I finally found a page that showed you can do that in the installation menus...

Well if I select that, will it automatically put the server 'online' like to view from outside of my network (or in but not the same pc)

If not, how can I get it to automatically go online when I start it?

just turn it online..... next time it starts it will be online until u turn it off again.
