Curl not working

Hey guys,
For some reason I can not get curl to load up on WampServer 2.0. The extension directory is correct and the
php_curl.dll extension is uncommented. Are there any other extensions that need to be loaded in order for curl to work? Thank you in advance for your help.
By the way, I am getting the following warning in the php error log:
[20-Feb-2009 15:25:32] PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:/wamp/bin/php/php5.2.8/ext/php_curl.dll' - The operating system cannot run %1.

I checked the Configuration File (php.ini) Path in phpinfo and it was set to C:\WINNT. I have tried setting the environmental variable Path. But still no luck.
