Not accessible from other computers

I use a modem.
I turned firewall off (for now)
and set wamp online, i can get on the website just fine,
but no one else can get on.
Been bugging me for almost 3 months.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

great tut.
i missed that with the opening ports through firewall.
but i dont have a router.
will that tut. still work, just skipping the steps with the router?
